1.Payment Methods

Pay by Paypal

  1. Click the “PayPal” icon, and the page will jump to the PayPal official payment page.
  2. If you already have a PayPal account, please log in directly; if not, please register an account first (the registration process is simple and convenient).
  3. After logging in, confirm that the order amount and product information are correct, and click the “Continue” or “Confirm Payment” button.
  4. Complete the payment authorization according to the PayPal prompt. After the payment is successful, you will be redirected back to our website and the payment success page will be displayed.

Pay by Credit/Debit Card

  1. Click the credit card brand icon you use (such as Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
  2. In the payment information filling box that pops up, enter the credit card number, expiration date (format is month/year), and CVV code (the last three digits of the signature column on the back of the credit card).
  3. Enter the cardholder’s name (consistent with the name registered on the credit card).
  4. Confirm the order amount and click the “Submit Payment” button.
  5. Our system will conduct security verification with the bank. After the verification is passed, the payment is completed and the page will display a successful payment prompt.

Pay by Alipay

  1. Click the “Alipay” icon and the page will jump to the Alipay payment page.
  2. If you have logged in to your Alipay account, confirm the order amount directly and click “Pay Now”; if you are not logged in, you can use your mobile Alipay to scan the QR code or enter your account password to log in.
  3. Select a payment method, such as account balance, bound bank card, Huabei, etc., and then click “Confirm Payment”.
  4. Complete the payment operation according to the Alipay prompts, such as entering the payment password, fingerprint recognition or facial recognition (depending on your settings).
  5. After the payment is successful, the page automatically jumps back to our website and displays the order payment success information.

2.Payment Currency

We support payment in multiple mainstream currencies, including US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), and RMB (CNY).

When you place an order, the system will automatically display the corresponding currency options based on your IP address or the preferred currency. During the payment process, the exchange rate will also be converted according to the real-time exchange rate of the payment platform or bank at that time.

  • Order validity period: After you submit the surveillance camera order, please complete the payment within 24 hour, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled. You can re-initiate payment before the order is cancelled.
  • Payment risk prevention: In order to protect your and our legitimate rights and interests, we have the right to monitor and investigate abnormal payment behaviors. If any illegal payment activities such as fraud and money laundering are found, we will reserve the right to refuse transactions, freeze accounts and cooperate with relevant law enforcement agencies to handle them.

5. Refund

If you need to apply for a refund, the refund will be returned according to the original payment method. However, please note that due to different processing times and regulations for different payment methods. For example

  • Credit card refunds may take 3-10 working days.
  • PayPal refunds are generally processed within 1-2 working days.
  • Alipay refunds are usually received within 1-3 working days.
