1. Delivery Countries

We are committed to serving customers around the world. Our products can be delivered to multiple countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, China, and other major Asian, European and American countries.

The specific list of delivery areas can be checked and confirmed by entering the delivery address when placing your order.

2. Delivery Method

Standard Express:
This is our basic delivery service and is applicable to most orders. After your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually 3-7 working days.

The specific time may fluctuate due to factors such as the delivery address, the operation of the courier company, and holidays.

We cooperate with international express companies such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc, to ensure that your surveillance cameras can be delivered safely and quickly. You can track the progress of the package on the official website of the transport company after your package is shipped.

3. Delivery Time

Generally, we will send your package within 1-2 working days after you place order. During promotional activities or when the order volume is large, the shipping time may be slightly delayed.

We will process your order as soon as possible and notify you of the delivery progress by email.

If the surveillance camera you purchased is a customized model, the delivery time may vary according to the customization requirements and our production cycle.

Our customer service team will communicate with you about the specific delivery time estimate after you place the order.

4. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping fee
The shipping fee is calculated based on the order weight, volume and delivery destination. Here is a guide of shipping fee for most orders:

  • For order weight within 1 kg, the shipping fee for delivery to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and other regions is US$20-30;
  • for delivery to other Asian regions, the shipping fee is RMB 50-80.
  • For every additional 1 kg of order weight, the shipping fee increases accordingly (approximately US$7 in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and other regions).
  • Larger packages may be charged according to volumetric weight, which is calculated as: length (cm) × width (cm) × height (cm) ÷ [volume conversion factor 5000].

Free shipping policy

We launch free shipping activities sometimes, such as during specific holiday promotions or when the order amount reaches a certain amount.  The specific free shipping conditions will be prominently displayed on our homepage and cart page.

5. Packaging and Protection

In order to ensure that the surveillance cameras are not damaged during transportation, we use professional packaging materials and methods.

  • Each camera will be placed in a customized foam cushion and then packed in a sturdy paper box.
  • For orders of multiple cameras or orders containing other accessories, we will reasonably separate and fix them to prevent collision and friction during transportation.
  • On the packaging box, we will clearly mark warning signs such as “fragile” and “handle with care”, and properly package and mark them according to the requirements of the courier company to remind the courier to protect the goods during transportation and handling.

6. Delivery and Signature

When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping notice via email or SMS, which includes the name of the courier company, the waybill number, and a link to check the progress of the package. You can track your package at any time so that you can prepare for the delivery in advance.

When the package is delivered, the courier may contact you and ask you to sign for it. Please carefully check whether the appearance of the package is damaged or abnormal before signing for it.

If you find that the package shows signs of damage, please refuse to accept it on the spot and contact our customer service team in time. We will assist you in handling subsequent matters, such as arranging replacement or refund.

After signing for it, if you find that the goods are damaged internally or the quantity or model is inconsistent, please contact our customer service within 24 hours after receiving the goods, and provide relevant photos or video evidence. We will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

7. Delivery Address Change

If you need to change the delivery address before the order is shipped, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will try our best to assist you in changing the address.

If the order has entered the delivery stage, it may not be possible to change the address. Therefore, please carefully check the delivery address information when placing your order to ensure accuracy.

8. Notes on International Delivery

For international delivery orders, customs clearance procedures may be involved. The customs clearance time and related taxes are borne by the recipient.

The specific customs clearance requirements and tax vary according to the laws and regulations of countries and regions. We will try our best to provide accurate product information and invoices at the time of delivery to assist you in completing customs clearance procedures smoothly.

In some countries and regions, there may be restrictions or special regulations on the import of surveillance cameras, such as the need to obtain specific import licenses. Please understand the relevant import policies in your area before placing an order to avoid order delays or returns due to failure to clear customs.
